Residential Service

Are moles tearing up your yard and ruining your gardens and landscaping? Give us a call! We have been trapping for over 20 years, and can judge the best place to set traps, just by inspecting the activity in your yard.
  • We will arrive at your address within 48 hours and set traps to kill the moles in your yard. You don't even have to be home for us to set traps.
  • Each trap is flagged so you know exactly where they are located. Traps are placed below ground.
  • We check and reset the traps every 4-7 days, and trapped moles are placed in a zip-top bag and left in your driveway or a picture can be text to you as proof of results. No contract or set-up fees, you pay for each mole trapped, and you pay only if we catch them.
  • When we feel we have rid your yard of moles, we will pull the traps, and leave a self-addressed, stamped envelope and invoice in your driveway for payment.
  • There is no guarantee that once we remove moles from your yard, that another may not wander in. See new activity? Just give us a call and we will be happy to return and reset.
  • The cost is $90 per mole. You only pay for what we catch.

"Mole Patrol"

Want a maintenance solution for the entire season? Enlist in the "Mole Patrol". Contract the Moleman to trap your yard for the entire season.
  • For a $350 seasonal contract fee, we will regularly inspect your yard for activity every two weeks, set traps when needed, check traps every 4-7 days, and provide captured moles as proof for payment throughout our trapping season. Customers are encouraged to call if you notice new activity between visits.  There will be a $65 per mole fee.
  • A signed written contract is provided for added peace of mind, and inspection notices will be left after each visit; with charges applied on a monthly basis per mole captured. View the "Mole Patrol" contract.
  • Our trapping season begins March 1st, and runs through November 30th. Adjustments to the seasonal contract fee will be made based on when during the season you enlist in "Mole Patrol".
  • It is wise to try to begin trapping as early in the season as possible. Female moles have just given birth in early Spring, and if you trap her early, you can save problems with her offspring later in the season.

Commercial/Estate Control Solutions

Is mole activity ruining the look of your business, or does your home include large acreages? We offer a maintenance solution for businesses like golf courses, churches, sport fields, cemetaries, and large estates.
  • Contract Moleman Trapping to maintain your commercial property or estate for the entire season! Contract fees are determined based on the acreage of your property.
  • Locations will be inspected once per week, traps set as needed, and captured moles will be left in zip-top bags as proof of results.

  • Where permissable, we place a Moleman Trapping sign at your location to entice your neighbors, whether they be other businesses or homes, to also trap with us. You have enough to worry about. Let us take care of your moles, so you can take care of the rest!
